Companies of all sizes have an occasional or regular need for moving their executive managers to and from airports, railway stations, sea ports, meetings, conferences, restaurants /corporate entertaining etc. A taxi rank or mini cab hire is not appropriate for such needs as the transport has to be guaranteed and provided without delay for the client in a quality private vehicle and is increasingly seen as a special recognition of valued or key employee status. The core business is based upon the deployment of chauffeur driven quality vehicles for the corporate sector. e.g. 'Mercedes, Volvo, VW cars and 'Chrysler Voyager' people carriers.

Alliance Partners facilitates such a service. Built upon the structure of a long established local company in the North East formerly known as 'Executive Cars' the business was latterly partly owned for a brief period by Burgundy Global, now part of the City Sprint Group. One of the legacies of Burgundy Global involvement was its multi million pound development of Groundscope " its' on line booking platform. This is now available to Alliance Partners and at its HQ operation 30 vehicles are controlled from one control room utilising some 35 full and part time drivers making over 2500 journeys per month. Many are retired police officers who have a good working life ahead of them and are used to control rooms and shift work.

They are reliable disciplined staff who are not necessarily looking for long term careers. They have retirement pensions and therefore do not require high remuneration. Burgundy Global intends to restrict its operations to London only leaving Alliance Partners free to franchise throughout the UK and across the globe.

The Service

Companies are approached initially in order to promote the service in the chosen area. Once a small number of core clients are built up, vehicles can be purchased to service those needs. Franchisees can work from home initially using the 'spare bedroom'. This operation is suitable for up to 10 cars. Drivers also work from their homes taking the vehicle with them. To develop the business further a husband and wife team could hire a small office - location unimportant " to establish a dedicated control and accounts management room. When not in use vehicles are taken home by staff so no off road parking or compound is required until the operation grows beyond 15 - 20 units. Where a husband and wife team does not exist a manager will need to be appointed at that stage to assist the control room. Clients are almost invariably account holders often with company debit card accounts for immediate payment thus ensuring good cash flow and ease of administration.

Insurance, vehicle purchasing plans and the booking platform arranged by head office ensure local outlets can become fully operational quickly. To ensure full market acceptance amongst large client companies and achieve their benchmark performance all outlets are independently ISO registered. Subsidiary business can be generated in the related fields of wedding hire, country guide and touring plans for holiday areas, personal airport collection and delivery for none corporate / private clients and private or corporate use of top prestige vehicles such as Rolls Royce Phantoms and Bentleys for special occasions and presentations.

Exclusive Operating Area

All outlets will have an exclusive operating area to develop their business in this will allow an operation to grow indefinitely. Additional growth can also be added by developing related activities. Territory development is based upon proximity to an international airport and or post codes and is large enough for the business to develop to a sustainable level.

Training and Support

Our Support

To establish the new business in a new location experienced telephone canvassers and a sales manager are employed to approach the first few target clients for you. They will make appointments for you to visit potential clients and mail shot a given area. This is then taken over by the franchisee with head office support within the early stages of your franchise.

Training provided

No previous experience is necessary as training is provided with back up manuals provided by Executive cars. Each branch is ISO registered in its own right and franchisees are trained by head office and by our ISO assessors at local branch level. On going support and training is then provided.
