About Us
Forces Recruitment Services Ltd was set up in 2001 by Managing Director Graham Brown, a former RHF Bandsman. Graham left the Army in 1993 and spent 8 years in media sales, working as Sales Manager for the Officer and RAF In-Flight magazines, among others.In 1998, he set up Quest magazine, leaving in 2001 to set up his own business.FRS was the first commercial recruitment consultancy set up with the sole purpose of placing ex military candidates and FRS has helped to resettle hundreds of servicemen and women since 2001.
FRS has been running successfully since 2001 and recruited recently its first two pilot franchisees, both of whom are performing very well using the system and methods that have made FRS a success.
The business is now expanding across the UK and there are franchise opportunities for individuals with drive, ambition and the desire to make good money whilst assisting ex-military candidates.
Your investment will cover sales, systems and operations training and knowledge of how to run a recruitment business from the MD himself and a highly experienced franchise and recruitment professional, who will act as an ongoing mentor. In addition, you will go through REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) accreditation and training.

Training and SupportTraining will consist of 4 days operations, systems and business training and 4 days sales and marketing training. Support will be ongoing throughout your partnership with FRS and will including business support, recruitment and sales support, software support and business mentoring from the Managing Director and an experienced Franchise Advisor. Financial InformationThe initial investment is £15,500, which will include your training, accommodation, the licence to operate the business, on site launch support, the licence to use the FRS military job board, business stationary, REC subscription and enrolment onto the CertRP and the licence to use the recruitment software and log in to the client and candidate database. There is an ongoing Management Service Fee of 12.5% of turnover for ongoing support (Full disclosure in the FIM)
There is a National Marketing Levy (NML) of 1% of turnover, which every office contributes to and decides how to spend collectively.
After you have paid your franchise fee of £15,000 and paid your MSF and NML, youi keep the rest of the money you earn. You will be expected to turn over £100k in your first year of business. It would be an advantage if you were Ex military and had recruitment experience, but full training will be given so this is not necessary. Your attitude is paramount.
