Chocoholics started out as a specialist chocolate shop in Bury back in 1997. The business evolved into an up-market coffee lounge, although customers can still purchase some of the World’s finest chocolate products! Leckenby’s are now looking to expand into other towns in the North of England and chose franchising to move forwards.

The projected figures conservatively suggest a gross profit of over £185K in Yr 1 rising to £240K+ in Yr 5.
The franchise fee is £8,000 (£5,000 for two pilot franchisees) although you will need around £112,500 depending on the premises you choose, not including working capital. All costs exclude VAT
