MOMENTUM is a three year plan for future growth. It is achievable, sustainable and, most importantly of all, affordable.
The MOMENTUM Managed Growth Programme was developed by Chris Icke and Doug D'Aubrey of Mercia Business Limited over a period of a year and launched in September 2002. Its immediate success meant that Chris and Doug soon had to enlist help and ultimately this resulted in the development of the MOMENTUM Licensee programme.
The pilot programme covering the West Midlands area was launched in August 2005 and there are now three Licensees who are fully operational and Chris and Doug feel that the time is right to offer MOMENTUM nationally.
Momentum for Growth Limited was formed in July 2006 to facilitate the delivery of the MOMENTUM Licensee programme.

Training and Support
The initial training takes place on an intensive three day Residential Training Course at Studley Castle in Warwickshire. This is followed up with weekly mentoring support and, if necessary, visits to prospective MOMENTUM clients in order to assist in signing up those prospects.
Six weeks after the initial training course, there is a one day "debrief" where the new MOMENTUM Licensees are able to discuss, with Chris and Doug, any problems encountered. This "debrief" also enables the new Licensees to meet existing ones and pick up practical tips from them.
Thereafter there will be a one day seminar every six months where there will be a guest speaker talking about topical matters and where you to network with other MOMENTUM Licensees.
Financial Information
MOMENTUM cuts out the peaks and troughs of project based consultancy by providing a steady monthly income.
MOMENTUM acts as a "sprat to catch a mackerel" as clients will inevitably need additional consultancy at normal daily consultancy rates. The potential gross income for the MOMENTUM Licensee will be in excess of £135,000 in year three rising to over £250,000 in year three.
