About Us
The Amber Group is a group of companies offering professional business solutions to the self-employed and small and medium sized enterprises. Our services range from basic book-keeping to compliance audits, logo design to broadcast advertisement production.
You don't have to do the work yourself, you just sell our services and earn the commission!
Training and Support
If you are offered a franchise with The Amber Group, you will be given full training on sales techniques that work for our business.
Training can take many forms including training conferences, one to one tuition sessions, and paper and e-training manuals.
Whatever training you need to make your business work, we will provide free of charge (there may be a fee for training conferences where an overnight stay is required - that's to pay for your room and meals not for the training!).
Financial Information
There is no financial input from you. We are not selling the franchise but we will grant it to the right person subject to completion of necessary checks. Your OTE is £236,000 based on sales commissions of between 20% and 50% depending on the value of the service sold to the client. Your earnings are wholly uncapped - you get the commissions based on what you sell. If you take on staff, they will work for you and you will be responsible for their wages, taxes etc. If you need help with this then we can assist.Are you for us?
You do not need to be an experienced salesperson (although it helps if you know what you're doing from the start) as full training will be given. We are looking for people with a very strong desire to earn through their own efforts. You must be over 18 and you will need a driving licence and a car.
You will be of smart appearance and demonstrate a professional approach to your clients.
Ideally you should be very organised with an ability to plan your sales routes and have good diary management skills. We can provide assistance to you for the first few months.
Again, the most important attribute is that you should have a very strong desire to earn from your efforts.
Territories/Locations
The Amber Group is based in Bangor, North Wales but we are looking for individuals or organisations to operate a franchise of our business in nearly every postcode of the UK.
You will "own" your own exclusive territory based on a postcode. Every sale that occurs in that postcode area will generate commission for you even if you did not generate the sale.
If you sell outside your postcode area then the commission will go to the franchisee in that territory but we have found that franchisees work well together doing this - it is like a community where everyone helps everyone else.
